What this site stores

This site does not store your personal information. Lumor does not receive anything until you choose to prepare and send an email.

Email enquiries

The support and resale registration forms construct an email in your chosen email application. The website does not submit the form to a server or claim that a message was delivered. When you send that email, your email provider and Lumor receive the information you include.

Cookies and analytics

This release does not add advertising cookies or analytics services. Hosting providers may still process routine request information such as IP addresses and browser details for security and delivery.

Your choices

You decide what to include in any email you send to Lumor, and whether to send it at all.
