When will the online shop open?
The Lumor shop is coming soon. Until then, use the form below to ask about products, availability, and pricing.
Can I buy directly on the website?
Not yet. Send Lumor a message describing what you need and we will reply with availability and next steps.
How does a wholesale request work?
Describe the products and quantities you are considering, identify yourself as a business, and include your expected volume or timing. Lumor will reply with terms and availability.
How is pricing confirmed?
Final consumer and wholesale pricing is provided after product availability is confirmed.
How do I sell my used items?
Go to the Resale page and fill in the registration form. Your email app opens with the details ready; attach photos and send it. Lumor reviews the item and replies to agree price and payout.
What used items does Lumor accept?
Clean, good-condition clothing, accessories, kitchenware, home textiles, storage, and small household items. We cannot accept recalled, damaged, counterfeit, or regulated items such as mattresses and car seats.
Does Lumor ship to Europe?
Lumor is currently focused on building its US offer. European expansion is planned, but regional fulfilment, VAT, and localized pricing are not yet live.
Can I request a product that is not listed?
Yes. Use the support form to describe the item, quantities, and intended use. Lumor can respond about sourcing or suitable alternatives.
Where is my message stored?
The website does not send or store your message on a server; you choose when to send it from your email app.
What if my email app does not open?
Use the Copy message button, then send the copied request manually to info@lumorllc.com.
